Madan Ahuja

Madan Ahuja is Director of Talent Acquisition at Le Tote and oversees both Recruiting and HR within the organization. Le Tote's mission is to make fashion accessible to everyone everyday. In the past his experience includes Talent acquisition and Recruiting for companies such as Quantifind, Netsuite and worked in the recruiting agency world where he partnered with companies ranging from small to mid size and also some work with enterprise level organizations. Currently at Le Tote, he is responsible for managing the full cycle recruiting for all departments across the organization- Engineering, Marketing, Finance, Operations, Merchandising, Product Management, Design and Customer Care. He has been instrumental in building out the Engineering, Product Management, Design and Marketing departments within Le Tote in addition to partnering with other departments on their hiring initiatives. At Netsuite he was instrumental in hiring for the Security and Operations departments and partnered with the Sr VP of Security and VP of Operations in their respective departments not just domestically (California, Denver, Austin) but internationally in other countries too- Australia, Canada and Philippines.

Prior to Corporate Recruiting he spent close to a decade in the agency recruiting world where he was instrumental in primarily helping companies with their technology hiring initiatives on a contract, contract to hire and full time basis. He wore several hats from business development to recruiting to managing teams of technical recruiters and won 2 awards for his Top Performance in 2011 and 2012.



Mark Hartley is a Recruiting Manager and is currently building world-class teams at Twilio. Twilio is the leading cloud based communications company. He also was a Sr. Recruiter at NetSuite and InfoBlox. Prior to that he was the Sr. Recruiter at eMeter. Mark was responsible for all recruiting and staffing at eMeter. He utilized his recruiting experience and business background to help eMeter reach their hiring goals. At Hartley Search Partners, Mark’s focus was executive search for early stage start-ups as well as public companies. Previous to Hartley Search Partners, Mark was Vice President at The Institute for Applied Network Security. Mark managed the Technology Advisory Council (TAC) for The Institute. Prior to joining The Institute, Mark was a principal at Catalyst Advisors. His efforts at Catalyst included client management and business development. Before joining Catalyst, Mark was the VP of Strategic Alliances & Partnerships at Silicon Valley IT Services where he was responsible for establishing relationships with Fortune 500 partners. Prior to his work with Silicon Valley IT Services, Mark was Founder and CEO of his own consulting firm, Hartley Ventures. Mark was instrumental in providing executive search services, delivering his clients initial customers, establishing partnerships and structuring successful sales and marketing initiatives. Previously, he was the Managing Director of The Alliance Group, an executive search and investment company. During his tenure at the Alliance Group, he built the founding west coast team for C-Port Communications, which was acquired by Motorola in 2000 for $450 million.
