Mark Hartley is a Recruiting Manager and is currently building world-class teams at Twilio. Twilio is the leading cloud based communications company. He also was a Sr. Recruiter at NetSuite and InfoBlox. Prior to that he was the Sr. Recruiter at eMeter. Mark was responsible for all recruiting and staffing at eMeter. He utilized his recruiting experience and business background to help eMeter reach their hiring goals. As the VP of Client Operations for Accelerate IT, Mark provided executive search & recruiting services as well as market acceleration services to IT security solutions providers. At Hartley Search Partners, Mark’s focus was executive search for early stage start-ups as well as public companies. Previous to Hartley Search Partners, Mark was Vice President at The Institute for Applied Network Security. Mark managed the Technology Advisory Council (TAC) for The Institute. Prior to joining The Institute, Mark was a principal at Catalyst Advisors. His efforts at Catalyst included client management and business development. Before joining Catalyst, Mark was the VP of Strategic Alliances & Partnerships at Silicon Valley IT Services where he was responsible for establishing relationships with Fortune 500 partners. Prior to his work with Silicon Valley IT Services, Mark was Founder and CEO of his own consulting firm, Hartley Ventures. Mark was instrumental in providing executive search services, delivering his clients initial customers, establishing partnerships and structuring successful sales and marketing initiatives. Previously, he was the Managing Director of The Alliance Group, an executive search and investment company. During his tenure at the Alliance Group, he built the founding west coast team for C-Port Communications, which was acquired by Motorola in 2000 for $450 million.
